Thoughts on a new deleteAccount hook

I'm thinking of requesting a new hook for when a Frontend Member Account is Deleted (to go along with createNewUser and activateAccount).
At the moment I use createNewUser to add records and manipulate fields in a custom module, but they are left there if the member is deleted from the Account Manager.
I thought I'd see if it is necessary, and if anyone else agrees on its usefulness (or not).
