Installation incomplete

I have installed th catalog extension but I cannot get it to work properly.

I have played with it in the past, and it seems that something's missing in my current installation. Eventhough everything looks good in the extension manager.

If I remember correctly there where quit a few icons in the catalog database field editor. (three or four underneath the normal icons, one of them had something to do with the filter.) I only have the 'normal' icons.

I have posted too soon.
I did install properly. I just needed some fiddling aorund with the extension.

I have made a pdf from the wiki catalog. Maybe it is easy for others as well? (People like me who like to print and read )

If handy, I don't mind transferring the other wiki's to pdf as well.
